Terms & Conditions

General Terms

• Winners must respond immediately during the Instagram Live session when their name is announced. If there is no response, a re-draw will be conducted and a new winner selected.
• Winners may be required to present valid proof of identity during prize verification or collection. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
• Each participant may only win once during the entire giveaway period.
• All prizes are strictly non transferable, non exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or credit.
• A Hot Hideout will not be responsible for any defects, warranty claims, technical issues, or product performance matters. All warranty and after sales matters are to be handled directly with the respective manufacturers or service centers.
• A Hot Hideout reserves the right to amend these terms or replace any prize with one of similar value at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and participation details for publicity and marketing without additional compensation.
• A Hot Hideout is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses arising from participation or use of the prize.
• Any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or breaches of these terms may be disqualified.
• All decisions by A Hot Hideout are final.

Prize Specific Terms

Prize 1: Apple AirPods Pro 3 (1 to 3 Dec)

• Prize consists of one Apple AirPods Pro 3.
• Prize must be collected in person at our designated office by 30 January 2026.
• Warranty and after sales support are provided directly by Apple. A Hot Hideout will not assist with warranty issues.
• No delivery is provided. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited.

Prize 2: Singapore Airlines Business Class Tickets to Bali for Two (4 to 7 Dec)

• Trip must be booked for travel between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Winner must provide several preferred travel dates and must give A Hot Hideout at least two months notice.
• Travel dates remain subject to seat availability and airline blackout periods.
• Prize is valid for the winner and one accompanying traveler.
• Any change to passenger names or travel dates after ticket issuance will follow Singapore Airlines policies and any charges must be paid by the winner.
• Winner is responsible for all travel documents including passport validity and visas.
• Ticket changes, cancellations, delays, aircraft issues, and customer service are handled directly with Singapore Airlines.
• Booking and payment will be arranged directly or reimbursed after receipt verification.

Prize 3: Fine Dining Experience at Odette or Zen or Les Amis (8 to 9 Dec)

• Winner may choose only Odette, Zen, or Les Amis.
• Winner must submit several available dates by 30 January 2026.
• The meal must be consumed by 28 February 2026.
• Prize covers only the standard course menu for two pax. All beverages, wine pairings, upgrades, and add ons are at the winner’s expense.
• Reservation is to be made by the winner.
• Any cancellation or no show results in prize forfeiture.
• Restaurant service issues, cancellations, or booking disputes are handled directly with the restaurant.

Prize 4: Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB (10 to 14 Dec)

• Prize consists of one Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB.
• Winner may select a preferred color but availability is not guaranteed. Final color depends on stock.
• Prize must be collected from our designated office by 30 January 2026.
• Warranty and technical support are handled directly with Apple. A Hot Hideout will not assist with warranty claims.
• No delivery option. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited.

Prize 5: Nintendo Switch 2 Set (15 to 17 Dec)

• Prize consists of one Nintendo Switch 2 console and one complimentary game.
• The included game is random and cannot be chosen, exchanged, or replaced.
• Prize must be collected from our designated office by 30 January 2026.
• Warranty and servicing are handled directly with Nintendo or their authorised service providers.
• No delivery option. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited.

Prize 6: Dyson Digital Slim Submarine with Multiple Attachments (18 to 19 Dec)

• Prize consists of one Dyson Digital Slim Submarine, inclusive of multiple attachments as packaged by Dyson.
• Model or attachment variations are subject to stock availability and cannot be changed or exchanged.
• Prize must be collected from our designated office by 30 January 2026.
• Warranty, repairs, and servicing are handled directly with Dyson.
• No delivery option. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited.

Prize 7: Promo Code Giveaway (20 to 21 Dec)

• Winner must redeem the promo code through Instagram DM by 28 February 2026.
• Promo codes cannot be replaced if lost, leaked, shared, or misused.
• Any issues with the code must be reported immediately.

Prize 8: Grand Prize Holiday Package (22 to 25 Dec)

• All general terms apply.
• Additional details may be provided directly to the winner prior to booking.
• All travel related customer service, changes, cancellations, or disputes will be handled directly with the respective airline, hotel, or provider.
